Choosing a teen therapist is the most important aspect to having a positive outcome in counseling. Of the various research done on success in psychotherapy, having a therapist with whom you feel comfortable is the most important factor. This comfort primarily relates to feeling understood.
The counselors Front Range Counseling Center (FRCC) provide the highest standards of professional service and will remain professional, respectful, non-judgmental, active, positive, and empathetic.
The counselors of FRCC are committed to creating a comfortable and secure clinical environment, so the client can proceed through his or her personal treatment plan with dignity, privacy, and confidence.
Please be aware that the counselors of FRCC are each independent mental health professionals, with their own private practices. While FRCC has carefully selected each counselor, they are not employees of FRCC but rather are independent counseling businesses
To Sarah, collaboration is paramount. There is no one in the world that knows you like you! During the initial phases of treatment Sarah will work with you to develop a customized treatment plan suited to your goals and desired outcomes. Sarah utilizes a wide variety of techniques and theoretical approaches that are combined to formulate a personalized approach to your treatment.
Sarah works in both the Denver and Littleton offices.
Andrew is a licensed professional counselor in the state of Colorado. All too familiar with experiencing relational pain and brokenness, Andrew has also experienced profound freedom in his life and marriage after surviving the throws of foster care as an adolescent and subsequent healing as an adult. Andrew seeks to convey to and comfort those who feel there is no hope. He is passionate about presenting truth to people and places in hearts where lies have resided for far too long.
Andrew works in the Littleton office.
With open, warm and collaborative style Ken brings his life experience, educational knowledge and relational insights to your counseling experience. His general focus includes Marriage, Family and Men. More specific areas include; life transitions, sexuality, fathering, parenting, boys, reconciliation, pre-marital, singles and navigating chronic disease as a family.
Ken has earned an MA in Counseling from Colorado Christian University, a post-graduate training certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Family Therapy Training Center of Colorado (now Denver Family Institute) and a BA in Pastoral Studies from CCU. Among the varied work experiences Ken has had in the past he has been an associate pastor in the Denver area for 11 years and a therapeutic foster father for 8 years. Ken has been married for almost 25 years and has three young adult children.
Ken works in both the Littleton and Denver offices.
Eventually she made her way back to Colorado continuing her work with children, teens and young adults. Other areas of interest and experience that Brooke offers are: vocational counseling, relationship coaching, singles issues, women's issues, grief and bereavement and child counseling.
In her free time, Brooke enjoys traveling (over 10 countries), producing, writing, reading, down time with friends, movies, working out, and learning anything new.
Brooke works in both the Littleton and Denver offices.
Michael specializes in issues relating to anger, depression, forgiveness and reconciliation and has received focused and specialized training in these areas. He works with all populations, but has particular interest in adolescents, couples, and families. He completed two years of post-graduate training in Family Therapy through the Denver Family Institute, and has facilitated a number of parenting seminars and classes.

Having worked professionally for over 10 years in the areas of public health education, human development, and student services, Lizzy has seen the importance of looking at each person holistically. She considers all areas of health, as well as the primacy of relationship and its impact on life fulfillment.
Lizzy has experience working with: Preteens, Adolescents, and Young Adults, Acute and Chronic Illness and Pain, Grief and Loss (especially with children and adolescents), Depression and Anxiety, Abuse and Trauma, Eating Disorders and Self-Harming Behaviors, and Body Image and Self Esteem.
Lizzy works in both the Denver and Littleton offices.
Garry has a Masters degree with honors in counseling from Denver Seminary. Garry's area of counseling focus is teen depression, anxiety, anger, sex addictions, and sexual deviancies.
Garry works in both the Denver and Littleton offices.
Isaac works with a variety of issues including: Men's Issues, Sexual Addiction, Anger Management, Substance Abuse, Identity Confusion, Relationships, Single Life, Unwanted Behaviors, Gender Confusion, GLBTQ (Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer), Parent's of Gay-identified Children, Same-Sex Attraction, Love Addiction, Codependency, Emotional Wounding, and Depression & Anxiety.
Isaac works in both the Denver and Littleton offices.
Rachel takes a holistic approach, believing that there are many factors that affect an individual’s well-being. She looks at the person’s past and present experiences and how this affects their emotional, cognitive, psychological, social, physical and spiritual well-being. Rachel’s compassionate heart and gentle spirit allows clients to feel encouraged and safe as they work through their struggles in therapy.
Rachel has her Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Colorado Christian University and she is a licensed professional counselor in the state of Colorado.
Rachel works in both the Denver and Littleton offices.
Linnaya has earned a Master’s Degree from the University of Northern Colorado in Community Counseling with a focus on Marriage and family Therapy. She is a National Certified Counselor and holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado. Linnaya is a Certified Addictions Counselor II and has five years experience working with families and individuals with chemical abuse and dependency issues.
Linnaya works in the Denver office.
